Koostisosad: 300g Tartu Milli Linguine pastat 1 pakk Mozzarella juustu natuke õli 2 küüslauguküünt 1 sibul soola Vahemerehõngulist maitsesoola (VÜRTSID) pasta keetmiseks vett Valmistamine: Keeda pastat soolaga maitsestatud vees umbes 7-9 minutit. (Pane pasta keevasse vette) Nõruta, koori küüslauk ja sibul ning tükelda peeneks. Kuumuta pannil sibul ja küüslauk kuldseks. Lisa juurde nõrutatud pasta ning sega läbi. Maitsesta Vahemerehõngulise maitsesoolaga. Tükelda mozzarella juust väiksemateks tükkideks ja lisa pastale.
